Upper School

Philosophy:

The following videos are designed for lower school students (Grades 5-6). They include more complex gross motor movements while emphasizing the fun aspects of keeping active.

Indoor:

Our Indoor Sessions –

  • Are routines specifically designed for delivering approximately 15 minutes of fun activities in an indoor environment, like classrooms.
  • Focuses on maximum participation activities with rest periods.
  • Provides a range of session videos that come with coaches instructions and background music while doing the activity or no verbal instructions but with music.

Our Undercover Sessions –

  • Are for places with more space like halls, undercover areas.  However, they can still be done in classrooms. 
  • Include a range of Group based activities, such as Stations, Movements to Music, etc. 
  • Is perfect for classes to join together and participate in as a group. 
  • May require someone to arrange the class or classes into groups.

Pairs (You & Me)

  • Students / Children work in pairs.
  • Your paired students / children can all do one activity at a time or split your pairs in 4 stations and do the 4 activities on the screen at the same time.
  • Round 1: 4 Exercises + Round 2: 4 Exercises.

Aerobics (Two Step)

MEMBERS:

  • Aerobics, can also be done in the classroom.
  • Students / Children movements:
    • Move in all directions. 
    • Jump. 
    • March. 
    • Stretch.

Dice (Celebration)

MEMBERS:

Caleb and Beau performs exercises and activities with no voice instructions with a countdown clock…

  • You need a DICE for this session.
  • Start with a student / child rolling the DICE and whatever number is rolled the rest of the group perform the numbered exercise.
  • Prior to the Rest period, ask another student to roll the DICE during the Rest period and the group perform the new rolled number.
  • Repeat the above steps for every 40 seconds.

Outdoor:

Our Outdoor Sessions –

  • Brings the fun outside the Classroom.
  • Includes a range of Fitness, Tag and Play games.
  • Games and activities are designed to be performed outside, but can also be done in an Undercover area.
  • Are simple to set-up and provide easy to understand rules.  No expertise is required.
